Harvard is the best University in the world. That is a fact. That is not changing anytime soon. So I don’t understand why every student athlete that receives an offer to come play hockey or any sport at Harvard would ever decline.
Let’s be real. Only a few guys from each team go pro. And smart kids can party too, especially in Boston. Let’s be real a second time, most of the time you’re just drinking with the boys on the team and whatever floozies you pick up at the bar.
So let me ask you something?
Why’d you want to play college hockey?
..well isn’t it obvious? for the girls..
Harvard has tons of girls and when you go to school in the city of Boston you get to chose from like a million schools. The bars are packed with girls from BU, Northeastern, Suffolk, Emerson, M.I.T. and every other school in the city. And if you wheel a Harvard girl? lucky you. She’ll probably be able to pay your bills some day and there is nothing sexier than a smart woman (Harvard has tons of those)
Well I wanted to win a National Championship

Well you got a pretty good chance at Harvard. Despite feeding the NHL was some legit talent over the past few years, Harvard still remains a top ranked team coming into the season and no one expects them to fall off anytime soon. With former NHLer Teddy Donato behind the bench and top recruits making their way to Cambridge, Harvard could have the next Boston College or Minnesota type dynasty. Despite not having a National Championship since 1989, making the Frozen Four last season was a step in the right direction. Playing in a loaded ECAC that seems to get better and better every year, the competition isn’t falling off for the Crimson either.
And lets go back to Harvard being the best University in the world. At the end of your four years all you’ll have is memories and a degree and what better college to have a degree from than the best University in the world, Harvard.
(And you get to play in the Beanpot)
